POZIV ZA ISKAZIVANJE INTERESA

Popravke manjeg obima objekta (krov,zidovi, pod) i nabavka stolarije za društveni centar u selu Jasenovik, Novo Brdo.

NVO Ženski inkluzivni Centar u Novom Brdu implementira projekat „ COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT CENTER (CEC) Novo Brdo –

Revitalization of the Facility and Equipment“, finansiran od strane UN Administracije na Kosovu i Opštine Novo Brdo. U cilju poboljšanja uslova u društvenom centru, NVO namerava da raspiše tender za snabdevanje i rehabilitaciju/popravku navedenog objekta sa kompanijama na Kosovu. Okvirni datum objavljivanja tendera je 22 decembar 2024. godine. Kompanije zainteresovane za navedeni ugovor trebaju biti registrovane firme ovlaštene za obavljanje delatnosti u relevantnim oblastima u skladu sa odgovarajućim važećim zakonima Kosova. Dodatni kriterijumi za odabir bit će definisani u tenderskoj dokumentaciji.

Zainteresovane kompanije treba da dostave pismo o iskazivanju interesa, navodeći za koje radove su zainteresovani. Uz pismo treba dostaviti kopije važećih dokumenata koji pokazuju pravni status i mesto registracije kompanije, na dole naznačenu poštansku adresu ili elektronskim putem na email info@zicentar.org ; Adresa: selo Bostane , bb, 16000, Novo Brdo, Kosovo, ili lično, na istu adresu.

Rok za podnošenje pisma o iskazivanju interesa je 20 decembar 2024. godine do 15:00 sati. U pismu je potrebno navesti „Pismo iskazivanja interesa _CEC Novo Brdo,,

Samo kompanije koje su iskazale interes i ispunile ostale uslove biće pozvane - da učestvuju u navedenom postupku nabavke, kada će im biti dostavljena tenderska dokumentacija.

CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Small-scale repairs of the building (roof, walls, floor) and procurement of carpentry for the community center in the village of Jasenovik, Novo Brdo.

The NGO Women's Inclusive Center in Novo Brdo is implementing the project „ COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT CENTER (CEC) Novo Brdo – Revitalization of the Facility and Equipment“, financed by the UN Administration in Kosovo and the Municipality of Novo Brdo. In order to improve conditions in the community center, the NGO intends to call for a tender for the supply and rehabilitation/ repair of the said facility with companies in Kosovo. The approximate date of tender publication is December 22, 2024. Companies interested in the mentioned contract should be registered companies authorized to perform activities in the relevant fields in accordance with the relevant applicable laws of Kosovo. Additional selection criteria will be defined in the tender documentation.

Interested companies should submit a letter of expression of interest, specifying which works they are interested in. Along with the letter, copies of valid documents showing the legal status and place of registration of the company should be submitted to the postal address indicated below or electronically to the email info@zicentar.org ; Address: Bostane village, bb, 16000, Novo Brdo, Kosovo, or in person, to the same address.

The deadline for submitting the letter of expression of interest is December 20, 2024 by 3:00 p.m. In the letter it is necessary to state "Letter of expression of interest _CEC Novo Brdo,,

Only companies that have expressed interest and fulfilled the other conditions will be invited - to participate in the aforementioned procurement procedure, when they will be provided with the tender documentation.
